Chef Chad Rosenthal has been working on this fried chicken recipe since a trip to Northern California in 2015. From a desire to feed and treat the nation to great, quality comfort food during the 2020 pandemic, the Motel Fried Chicken concept was born. Coming soon to a city, town...and motel near you!

Our moist and crispy chicken is herb-brined, buttermilk fried, then finished with herbs and spices and served traditional or hot . It's sold by the piece, half or whole bird. Feeling chicken but want something a little different? Try our Fried Chicken Sandwich - fried breast with special mayo and house-made dill pickles or Motel Pillows – all-white meat, fried and served with your choice of dipping sauce on the side.
Motel Fried Chicken is tasty enough to eat on its own, but we've got a variety of ways for you to sauce it up. Choose from Motel Mustard, The Ranch, House or Spicy BBQ, Skinny Dip, Hot Sauce, or Salted Honey. Sauces are 50¢ a piece.
Chef Rosenthal's BBQ roots are apparent in the offering of sides. Waffle Fries, Mustard Slaw, Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens, Sweet Mashed Potatoes, Meaty Beans, and Cornbread w/ Honey Butter will take your meal over the top.
